Trapped. Chapter 1.

A/N: Okay, Damian’s cousin here, Anastasia. I think I’ll be writing the first chapter or second, I don’t know, since my cousin is not here for the time being. Thank you for reading.

It was a rainy day, quite peaceful, when Damian decided to call over his friends, Soly and Kae to his house for a movie. Damian wasn’t a very extrovert character, he was easy to communicate with, but he wasn’t happy-go-lucky. He adored his friends, though. His friends were his life as he would always say. The movie was over and his friends were ready to go.
‘’Ah, I really liked this movie’’ Soly smiled.
‘’Ugh, I still don’t like the way the girl died. I mean come on! After all this adventure she’s been in she just falls and hits her head on the table? Seriously, what the hell??’’ Kae sighed and shook her head.
‘’You’ve got a point there.’’ Damian chuckled.
‘’Whatever, I still liked it. Okay then, it’s time for me to go. Jeff will worry either way.’’ Soly sighed.
‘’How are things going with him anyway?’’ Damian asked.
‘’Well, they’re going. That’s all to know.’’ She smiled.
‘’Matt surprised me with flowers today, God, I love this guy.’’ Kae started daydreaming.
Both Soly and Damian looked at each other.
‘’Okay, ladies, I will accompany you downstairs!’’ Damian said a little bit loud. He looked at Kae who was still daydreaming.
‘’Ladies, I said!!’’ This time he yelled loud and Kae woke up from her daydream.
‘’Yeah, right.’’ Kae said.
The girls took their stuff and Damian took his keys when a loud thunder heard and scared the girls.
‘’I hate days like this!’’ Said Kae. ‘’They always bring me down.’’
Damian chuckled and Soly spoke.
‘’Well, I love days like these…’’ Soly smiled when Damian shook his head.
He opened the door and called the elevator by pressing the button.
‘’Is it a good idea to take the elevator?’’ Kae said worriedly.
Damian chuckled. ‘’Well, what’s the worst thing it could happen?’’
Kae looked at him sarcastically. ‘’Well, I don’t know, get trapped in it, maybe!?’’
Soly laughed. ‘’Come on, Kae, even if we’re trapped someone might hear us!’’
Kae sighed and the elevator doors opened. Inside, there was a girl, Anika, Damian’s neighbor from downstairs. The stepped in.
‘’Hey, Anika. How are you?’’ Damian said politely.
Anika smiled and nodded her head. ‘’Very good, thanks, Dami.’’
‘’Hold the elevator!’’ A voice was heard and Damian quickly pushed the button to hold the elevator. Another girl stepped inside. Damian’s ex-girlfriend and very good friend more like best friend forever.
‘’Hey, Damian!’’ Kasey hugged Damian and kissed his cheek.
‘’Hey, Kasey, wonderful weather today, eh?’’ Damian kissed back and smiled.
Kasey looked at him and chuckled. ‘’Amazing, my ‘’Canadian’’ friend.’’
Damian shook his head. And looked over at Soly and Kae who were whispering something at each other.
‘’Yeah, girls, thanks for talking about me again.’’ Damian said and the girls immediately stopped, chuckled and looked at the ceiling as if nothing happened.
Suddenly a loud thunder was heard and the elevator lights flickered.
‘’Ugh, I told you that the elevator was not a good idea!!’’ Kae said and closed her eyes.
Soly held her shoulder. ‘’Relax, Kae.’’
‘’Yeah, like I said, what’s the worst thing it might happen?’’ Damian said and smiled.
Just then, the elevator stopped and the lights went out. Kae screamed and Anika spoke.
‘’What were you saying, Damian?’’ Glaring at him in the darkness.
Damian rolled his eyes.
‘’What to do now?’’ Kasey asked.
Damian shrugged. ‘’Pull your pants and underwear down and scream pudding!’’
They all started laughing.
Another thunder, louder than the one before was heard again, which made the place go quiet again.
They all wondered what would happen. If they would get out of there alive or not get out of there at all…

Trapped. Chapter 2.

 A/N: Alrighty, I hope you liked this chapter. I enjoyed writing it.

 

It had been 2 hours after they were trapped in the elevator, however, for them it had seemed like an eternity.

‘’Ugh, I wish I had a yo-yo in here…I’m bored as hell.’’ Damian said and rolled his eyes. In the darkness it seemed as if everyone were glaring at him.

Suddenly, the lights came back on, but the elevator was still not working.

Kae suddenly stood up from where she was sitting with the others. ‘’Are we saved?’’

Damian shook his head

‘’It’s probably making us feel a little more comfortable, it’s safety issues.’’ Anika said.

‘’Well, crap, I had to go with Merreck at the party my town has.’’ She looked down and sighed.

‘’Lucky person, I was just escorting Kae and Soly out!’’ Damian face palmed.

‘’You know, if it was such a big problem for you, then you should have stayed in.’’ Kae looked at him bitterly.

‘’What? When did I ever said that?’’ Damian raised his voice a little and looked at her straight in the eye.

‘’Just did!’’ Kae started yelling.

‘’HAVE YOU EVEN ACTUALLY HEARD ME SAY THAT?!’’ Damian glared at her and if only glares could kill.

‘’NO!’’ Kae said.

‘’THEN HOW CAN YOU EVEN JUDGE OR SAY!?’’

As soon as Kae was about to answer, Soly got up and stopped them. ‘’You’re not doing any good fighting. This is not the time to be blaming each other.’’ Everyone nodded and Soly continued. ‘’And the elevator won’t stop working, because you two were yelling. We must do something. Now shut the hell up and act your age and not 7 years old kids, spoiled and immature!’’

Damian and Kae looked the other way and folded their arms, still mad at each other.

‘’This reminds me of a movie when-‘’ Anika was going to say, but Kasey quickly put a hand in her mouth and whispered. ‘’They will glare at you and it will be deadly…’’ Anika slowly nodded and Kasey let go of her.

Kasey looked at Damian. ‘’You know, Nathan, if we get out of here alive, I will work my ass off, I will make you move in with me, then I will make Nat move in with us, I’m going to make her marry you, and I will walk her to the altar myself…’’

Everyone chuckled. Damian has many names, long ago, he was known as Nathaniel or Nathan, Kasey has been calling him that her whole life and now she just refuses to change it, because she met him as Nathan and not Damian and she likes to hold memories close to her.

The lights flickered again and cold started getting in the elevator, drawing everyone’s attention.

‘’What does that mean…?’’ Anika hesitantly said.

‘’I don’t know, but I’m cold.’’ Kae said and hid in her hoodie.

‘’I agree, it’s freezing.’’ Soly said and chattered her teeth, she wasn’t wearing anything warm enough, though and as soon as Damian saw that, he took off his jacket and wrapped it around her.

‘’Aww, what a gentleman!’’ Kasey joked and received a glare from Damian.

‘’A man must always be a gentleman when around a woman.’’ Damian proudly said.

‘’Didn’t show that to me a while ago…’’ Kae said and glared at him.

He didn’t speak, instead he looked down, and he sighed and leaned against the elevator’s corner.

Suddenly it felt as if the elevator was moving, but not up and down…but left and right…

‘’What was that?!’’ Kae suddenly got worried and scared again. The fear came back again.

‘’I’m sure it’s noth-‘’ Kasey was going to finish but was interrupted by a loud sound, it was as if someone was scratching the elevator, but not with nails…with iron…

No one knew what happened and no one could explain it, instead, they tried to listen to every little sound out there and hope that anyone would come and save them…before they hear that horrifying sound again…
